Where can you get a souvenir stamp featuring the crocodile in Brno?
Children can get the stamp as part of a research task called Krokohrátky (Crocogames), using a children’s map. It is available for free at the Baby Jesus’ Mailbox and Christmas Merchandise Stand, which is located at the Children’s Village on the Vegetable Market (Zelný trh). It is also available at many other places at the Christmas markets. While visiting the various Christmas attractions, children must find the stand with an enlarged stamp imprint on a white plate. While searching for it, they will discover many Christmas attractions that form part of the Christmas in Brno experience. Once they find the stamp, not only can they have it stamped on their map, but they can also get a crocodile tattoo applied to their forehead or hand. We adults will enjoy it too!
Which stands have the stamp for children to find?
Anyone who has donated the iconic Christmas cup featuring a cheerful crocodile to a good cause will surely know. Your children can get a souvenir crocodile stamp at the golden-green stands called ‘Daruj Kelímek’ (Donate the Cup) stands. There are five in total, not only at the Vegetable Market (Zelný trh), but also at the Freedom Square (náměstí Svobody) and at the Moravian Square (Moravské náměstí) near the Jošt statue. By donating a cup, you can support 18 charities and their valuable work.
