The Christmas atmosphere is in the air once again on Bašty Street. Take a stroll around the illuminated animals and gates and enjoy a hot drink from one of the local stalls. Continue to Denisovy sady Park for views of the Brno skyline, then finish your walk in the courtyard of Brno-střed Town Hall at Dominikánská 2, where you will find a wooden nativity scene. Alternatively, head straight to the Cabbage Market (Zelný trh) to browse the colourful Christmas offerings.
This year’s theme is the Czech fairytale ‘Three Nuts for Cinderella’. There are lots of new installations to look forward to.
