Paul Batto Trio

Paul Batto has been a fixture on the European scene for many years. Although rooted in traditional genres, he defies categories, mixes influences and avoids labels. Paul is a prolific songwriter, guitarist and singer who offers the listener insights into his ever-troubled soul through deeply personal lyrics. Robert Christian is a “master of the Stratocaster” –characterised by his uniquely tasteful and soulful style. Ondra Kříž, the wizard of the black and white keys, who has been playing since he was old enough to get to a piano for the first time. With their shared musical sensibilities, influences and tastes, the trio manages to create a wide range of moods and a sound that is all their own.
